Đặc Tính Kỹ Thuật
- Hệ thống kiểm tra bằng phương pháp dòng điện xoáy mạnh mẽ để kiểm soát chất lượng và quy trình tiên tiến ngay trên dây chuyền sản xuất, giảm thiểu thời gian ngừng sản xuất, tăng năng xuất nhà máy.
- Các menu có cấu trúc rõ ràng, dễ hiểu và thao tác trực quan bằng cách sử dụng các nút nhấn.
- Thao tác dễ dàng với các nút nhấn lớn trên màn hình cảm ứng có độ phân giải cao.
- Giao diện giao tiếp với các nút điều khiển, điều chỉnh toàn hệ thống.
- Lên đến 5 kênh cho tối đa 3 vị trí thử nghiệm với báo cáo thử nghiệm phong phú.
- Đã được cấp bằng sáng chế, xử lý tín hiệu số hóa hoàn toàn để kiểm tra tần số từ 1 kHz đến 1 MHz, có thể điều chỉnh cho phù hợp với từng ứng dụng thử nghiệm.
- Hoạt động không cần hệ thống điều hòa không khí và không yêu cầu phòng ngăn cách, nhiệt độ môi trường lên đến 40 °C.
- Độ phân giải, độ nhạy cao hơn để đánh dấu lỗi (chùm hoặc điểm tùy theo tốc độ), giảm phế liệu sai.
