International markets often require hydraulic tensioners to be made upon customer specifications. Therefore Blackiron can design special bolt tensioners able to fit within tight clearances. We follow the customer from the preliminary study, to the 3D design up to the production.
Our special hydraulic tensioners can be of various types: spring return, compact, multistage, threaded insert type, with special bridges etc. Every special tool is designed and approved by the customer before it is produced. Moreover, Blackiron special hydraulic bolt tensioners are designed to be used at various working pressures: 1350, 1500 and 2275 bar as well.
